God Loves You As You Are…
Brennan Manning - God loves you as you are, not as you should be
Suffering and Glory - Ephesians 3:13
Suffering is the reality of the human condition.
It leaves us with questions of where was God and what was He up to. Did God have a purpose in the pain? Was this pain the result of my failure? Was God punishing me?
Watch as Pastor Ross Gilbert, of New Life Fellowship, explores three outcomes that God purposes from suffering and the hope that is available in Jesus.
Forgiveness - Life in a Panic Room
Pastor Ross Gilbert, of New Life Fellowship, speaks on forgiveness. What we do with our hurts and wounds will determine the degree of freedom we will experience. If we decide that we never will allow anyone to ever hurt us again, we retreat into a 'panic room' of sorts within our selves. This form of self-protection will provide some protection from the abuse of others - but it will also keep love and life out as well. Guaranteeing that our wounds and hurts, which are locked up with us in our panic room, will only get worse.
Be Angry - Ephesians 4:26-27
Pastor Ross Gilbert, of New Life Fellowship, speaks about how anger is a common emotion. And while emotions are not good or bad in themselves, expressions of anger that are controlled by the Flesh can leave much damage. Both to the one who is angry and those around.
Overcoming the temptation to express our anger in unhealthy ways needs more than just counting to ten and other shallow solutions. It needs the power of the Holy Spirit to overcome the Flesh and show us how to respond with love.
Give Me Your Burden
Pastor Ross Gilbert, of New Life Fellowship, uses an analogy of the cloaks of burdens that we collect through our life, and how it weighs us down - that is until we discover what it means to humble ourselves under the might hand of God.
When I Was Convicted by the Holy Spirit
What does it mean to be convicted by the Holy Spirit? We will explore how God encourages us to grow through conviction and that conviction is our opportunity to trust Him.
Overcoming Obstacles to Faith
Faith is foundational to the life of a Christian. We are saved by grace through faith, and we are to walk by faith and not by sight. Understanding the obstacles to faith and what we can do to overcome those obstacles can help us to experience the abundant life as we walk with God.
The Root and Fruit of Perfectionism: How free is free?
The need to be perfect is something that many of us can relate to on some level. Ultimately, this desire for perfection has its roots in the belief that if I work hard enough I can prove my value in what I do. But God has a better plan. He desires we look to Him for our perfection and to rest in His finished work at the cross.

I Will Change Your Name
Because of our death, burial and resurrection with Jesus Christ we have been born again, with a new name. Revelation 2:17 - Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give that person a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to the one who receives it.
